  • 2 tsp Corn starch
  • 1 tsp Fresh ginger, grated
  • 2 Garlic cloves, grated
  • 1 tsp Sriracha sauce
  • 2 tsp Orange juice
  • 1 tsp Honey
  • Sesame seeds and scallions for serving

Instructions

Meatballs Instructions:

  1. Preheat your oven to 375F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and set aside. Place all of your meatball ingredients in a large bowl and fold together until it is thoroughly combined.
  2. Once your meatball mixture is thoroughly mixed, use a cookie scoop or large spoon to scoop out evenly sized meatballs, roughly the size of golf balls. Place meatballs evenly on your parchment lined baking sheet and bake in the oven for 15-20 minutes, until fully cooked through.

Glaze Instructions:

  1. Heat a small saucepan over medium-low heat. and add all of your sauce ingredients except the sesame seeds and green onions. Whisk together until it is well combined and starts to thicken. Once it reaches your desired consistency, remove from the heat. You can either use this as a dipping sauce or to toss the meatballs in. I prefer to toss the meatballs so that they are evenly coated, and pour any extra sauce over rice. Serve your meatballs with your sauce and topped with your sesame seeds and green onions. You could also sprinkle a little lime juice or sesame oil for added flavor at this stage!
