Simple Spice Rubbed Salmon

This simple spice rubbed salmon is the perfect healthy weekday main dish. Make this for your next meatless Monday dinner or impress for guests!


  • 4 salmon fillets
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1/2 tsp onion powder
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp dried parsley
  • 1/2 tsp paprika


  1. Preheat your oven to 425F. In a small mixing bowl, mix together the olive oil and all of the spices to form a loose paste. Place your salmon fillets on a parchment lined baking sheet. Using a spoon or pastry brush, spread the paste over all of the salmon fillets.
  2. Bake in the oven for 12 to 15 minutes. Serve with your favorite side dishes and enjoy!
